This page explains how you can permanently delete your Kabseh account and the personal data associated with it. We provide both an in-app option and an off-app (web) option, in line with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements.
Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app
Open the Kabseh app on your device.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and the associated data listed below will be deleted within the timeframe described in the “What we delete” section.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you have already uninstalled the app, lost access to your account, or simply prefer to submit a request from outside the app, send an email to our support team:
The email address or phone number registered with your Kabseh account
Your full name as it appears on the account (if applicable)
A short statement confirming you want your account and data deleted, for example: “I request the permanent deletion of my Kabseh account and all associated personal data.”
To protect your account, we may send a verification message to the registered email or phone number before completing the deletion. We will not ask you for your password.
Reviews, ratings, and comments you have posted (these are anonymized or removed)
Order and activity history tied to your account
Push-notification tokens and device identifiers tied to your account
Any support messages you have sent us through the app
What we keep, and for how long
Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion when we are legally or operationally required to keep it. This is the only data that will not be deleted immediately:

All retained records are kept securely and are not used for marketing or profiling after deletion.
How long the process takes
We verify your request within 2 business days.
Active account data is deleted within 30 days of verification.
Backup copies are purged on our regular rotation cycle (also within 30 days).
You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Partial data deletion
If you want to delete only specific information (for example, your saved addresses or your reviews) without deleting the entire account, you can do so from Settings inside the app, or by emailing [email protected] describing what you would like removed.
Important notes
Account deletion is permanent. We cannot recover a deleted account, its order history, or its saved preferences.
If you have an active subscription or pending order, please cancel or complete it before requesting deletion.
Deleting the app from your device alone does not delete your account. You must use one of the two options above.
